Frequently asked questions
Do I need any technical experience?
No. Appora handles the AI, hosting and the Facebook and Instagram integrations. You connect your accounts once, then focus on your content and growing your business.
Can I use my own brand voice and hashtags?
Yes. In Settings you set your business name, description, preferred tone, keywords to emphasise, words to avoid, default hashtags and posting times. Every caption Appora generates uses them.
Where does my content get published?
To your own connected Facebook Page and your Instagram Business or Creator account (which must be linked to that Facebook Page). You choose the destination for each post.
How many posts and images do I get?
Each plan includes a set number of AI-generated posts and images per month — Starter, Business and Pro. Your dashboard shows how many you have left, and the count resets every billing cycle.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes. Save posts as drafts, schedule them on the calendar in your timezone, and Appora publishes them automatically. Failed publishes are flagged with the reason so you can retry.
