Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This Refund Policy applies to subscription payments for the Appora service operated by Appora.

Subscriptions

Appora is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time from the billing area; your plan then remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period except where required by law.

When we provide refunds

  • A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge caused by a billing fault on our side.
  • A sustained failure of the Service that prevents core use and that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time after you report it.
  • Where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

What is not refundable

  • Change of mind after a billing period has started.
  • Results not meeting expectations. AI-generated content and social outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (for example Meta account restrictions or API changes) that are outside our control.

How to request a refund

Email support@appora.au from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge, with your account email and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and can take several business days to appear.
